The incorporation of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (PEMP) to our fleet represented a notable improvement in terms of safety and efficiency in work at height, thereby avoiding working with crane lorries designed for lifting loads that were not adapted to the required regulations regarding the lifting of personnel.
We currently have MEWPs that reach heights of 24, 32, 38, 56, 70, 78 and 90 metres with various horizontal working radii reaching up to a maximum of 38 m.
In addition, the XDT CRANE models (56, 70, 78 and 90 m) become dual-purpose platforms that allow people and loads of up to 1,200 kg to be lifted simultaneously thanks to the inclusion of mini-cranes, making them an innovative work system that facilitates the handling of these loads from the working platform.

The work platform optionally incorporates a CW300 mini-crane with a 20 m long winch cable and a load capacity of 300 kg, allowing operators working on it to handle heavy loads without physical effort, facilitating work manoeuvres and improving their safety. It includes a mounting bracket to support the loads handled by the mini-crane.

The platform's telescopic boom optionally incorporates a BW1200 mini-crane on the final section of the main boom, which allows a weight of up to 1,200 kg to be lifted to a height that varies depending on the model. The mini-crane features a 20-metre-long winch and loads can be lifted up to 11 metres above the platform.

Uses of MEWPs
Negative prints
Truck-mounted or tractor-mounted access platform, specially designed for bridge inspection with anti-vandalism barriers, viaducts and negative work (below the truck's support level).
Large-format posters
The range of truck-mounted access platforms can reach a maximum working height of 90 metres and a horizontal outreach of 35 metres. Furthermore, their two integrated mini-cranes facilitate manoeuvring in large-format signage work.
Wind farm maintenance
Truck-mounted access platforms with working heights of up to 90 metres, capable of carrying out maintenance and repair work on wind turbine blades and towers in wind farms.
Installation and maintenance of structures
Structure inspection and maintenance work in shipyards and port quays. These are highly specialised jobs that require great precision and the best performance from truck-mounted boom lifts.
Wind turbine cleaning
Cleaning of towers and wind turbines from truck-mounted cherry pickers with high-pressure washing equipment. Allows working up to a hub height of 80 metres.
Rope access work on facades
Due to their performance and equipment, the range of truck-mounted access platforms from Transgruma S.A. allows the operator to work comfortably in the work cage and use tools for the maintenance and repair of façades.
