Social responsibility
Transgruma
At Transgruma, we believe in innovation and sustainability to make a difference. Our commitment is reflected in concrete actions that benefit society, the environment and our employees.
At Transgruma, we believe in the power of solidarity. Through our programme Community Crane, we are donating 50% of the revenue generated by our Liebherr 60 Plus crane to the fight against childhood cancer, supporting two key organisations in this cause.
📌 ASION – It has been providing emotional, social and educational care to children and teenagers with cancer, as well as support for their families, helping them to cope with the illness and its after-effects for over 35 years.
📌 CRIS Foundation – It funds innovative research projects to improve treatments and advance the cure for childhood cancer.
With each operation of the Community Crane, we contribute to improving the quality of life of young patients and to promoting research for a cancer-free future.

Commitment to our community
Transforming lives: Supporting people experiencing social exclusion with Manos Solidarias in Leganés
Every month, Transgruma allocates a part of its resources to the Zarzaquemada Hands in Solidarity Association, which is dedicated to helping people facing social exclusion in Leganés.
With this action, we contribute to improving the quality of life in the area where we carry out our activities.
Promoting sport
Boost for Sport and the Community
At Transgruma we believe in sport as a driver of well-being and social cohesion. That is why we support clubs and events that promote physical activity, teamwork and community spirit. We currently collaborate with:
- Ángel Ximénez Puente Genil Handball Club
Ciudad de Móstoles Basketball Club (Women's League)
Leganés National Police Fun Run 2025 in aid of the Mupol Foundation
Cris Cancer Research Foundation Charity Run 2025
- Leganés National Police 2026 Fun Run in aid of the Prader-Willi Association
With these initiatives we aim to strengthen the bonds that unite people and do our bit for social development.

Sustainable procurement policy
Responsible Purchasing for a Sustainable Future
Our purchasing policy is aligned with ethical, environmental and social criteria.
Local Suppliers: We prioritise local consumption, fostering the local economy.
Circular Economy We promote the procurement of remanufactured spare parts and prioritise repair over the purchase of new equipment.
Fair Trade and Eco-friendly: We select products and services that contribute to sustainability.
Voluntary action
We take support to where it is needed most
At Transgruma, we believe that social responsibility goes beyond our daily operations. In times of emergency, we act with speed and solidarity, putting our resources and the commitment of our team at the service of those who need it most.
We have demonstrated this commitment in various humanitarian crises, such as in 2024, when we collaborated with the Leganés City Council to take tonnes of food and supplies to those affected by the DANA storm in Valencia. To this end, we provided five lorries free of charge and our staff got involved in the logistics on a voluntary basis.
Furthermore, in 2023, following the devastating earthquakes in Syria and Turkey, we organised collections for food, clothing and household goods at our facilities, which received a great response from our workers.
These actions reflect our team's and our commitment to society. At Transgruma, we don't just lift loads, we also lift solidarity.

Environmental commitment
At Transgruma we are committed to a more sustainable future, integrating innovation and efficiency into every aspect of our operations. Therefore, we implement various initiatives that reduce our environmental impact, optimising resource consumption, improving energy efficiency and promoting the use of cleaner technologies.
Our commitment to sustainability drives us to adopt responsible solutions that contribute to a more balanced environment that is respectful of the planet.
Sustainable fleet
We have an ongoing commitment to renewing our machinery fleet, always seeking equipment with more efficient and environmentally friendly engines.
Fleet renewal
We have renewed our fleet by incorporating vehicles with Euro VI engines to reduce polluting emissions and minimise our environmental footprint.

Hybrid and Electric Technology
We specialise in hybrid mini-cranes and 100% electric cranes, and we are pioneers in Spain with the first electric truck-mounted cranes.
Eco-Friendly Facilities
At Transgruma, we are committed to an environmentally friendly infrastructure. Our facilities are designed to optimise resource use, reduce environmental impact and improve operational efficiency. Through innovative and sustainable solutions, we create a working environment that reflects our values of responsibility and respect for the planet.
Recycled water
We use well water, treated and recycled, for the commercial vehicle wash bay.
Solar power
In our commitment to sustainability, we have equipped our headquarters with a photovoltaic installation consisting of 114 solar panels. Currently, the system has a power output of 51,30 kWp, allowing a net generation of 50 kWn with the capacity for expansion up to 80 kWn. This project has applied for a grant funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. Eligible amount: €10,637.
Energy Efficiency Systems
We install underfloor heating, aerothermal and infrared heating systems to optimise energy use.
Sustainable Design
Large windows and natural ventilation, along with eco-friendly furniture made from recycled materials, maximise comfort and reduce the environmental footprint.
Paper Reduction
We have implemented electronic invoicing and recycling processes, with the aim of achieving zero paper consumption by 2030.
