QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT AND HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY AT WORK
The companies TRANSGRUMA S.A. and BOMBEOS TRANSGRUMA SLU, aware of the commitment they have with their clients and with society in general, have established a Quality and Environmental Management System based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2015 and UNE-EN-ISO standards. 14001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018, for the following scope:
ROAD TRANSPORT OF GOODS AND LIFTING EQUIPMENT RENTAL SERVICE; CRANE TRUCKS, TELESCOPIC CRANES, MOBILE ELEVATING PLATFORMS FOR PERSONNEL ON TRUCKS (PEMP) AND CONCRETE PUMPS, WITH DRIVER.
The said Policy, which is available to the public on the website and in our facilities, provides the framework to establish and review effective objectives and goals that allow continuous improvement, based on the following general principles:
- Commitment to providing safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and deterioration of health. Working conditions must be appropriate to the purpose, size and context of the organization, to the specific nature of the risks and opportunities of health and safety at work; Eliminating occupational risks and controlling and / or minimizing risks that cannot be eliminated.
- Provide a service that meets the requirements and expectations of its customers and interested parties, taking into account the internal and external context of the organization, as well as the evaluation of its particular risks in relation to the business strategy.
- Establish permanent training and information programs, which will make it possible to have personnel with a high level of qualification to carry out the activities included in the System, which considers the safety and health of people as essential values.
- Involve, motivate and commit the staff in order to seek their participation in the development and application of the Quality, Environmental Management and Health and Safety System implemented.
- Maintain permanent contact with its clients and subcontractors, in order to be able to collaborate jointly in the improvement of its service, both from the environmental point of view, as well as the safety and quality of the service.
- Commit to the consultation and participation of workers, and where they exist, workers' representatives
- Guarantee compliance with current environmental legislation and regulations applicable to its activities, as well as other requirements that are voluntarily subscribed.

Adopt actions of continuous improvement and prevention of pollution, improvement of the environment and management of health and safety at work, based on the real possibilities of the Organization, allocating the resources and planning the necessary to meet the objectives set.
