SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT AND QUALITY

From the beginning, the provision of a quality service that meets the demands of our customers has been a permanent and priority objective. Thus, and based on the international standards ISO 9001: 2008, in terms of quality and ISO 14001: 2004 in terms of the environment, we have implemented in the company a management system and continuous quality improvement that serves as a work management model for the entire organization.

Transgruma has obtained the corresponding certificate, both national and international, issued by the national accreditation entity "Bureau Veritas", being, in addition, the first company at a national level within the sector, to obtain said certificates in accordance with the aforementioned standard.

In this sense, and taking as a reference the quality policy established by Transgruma and known to all the members of the company, all the activities related to quality are aimed at achieving the objective of “optimal quality” at minimum costs within the expected time frame, Optimum quality being understood as that which makes the service useful, that meets the requirements of the company’s own norms and requirements, those of the service, those of the clients and those of the market.

All this is achieved considering that in addition to the organization, principles and quality objectives, each employee is responsible for the quality of their own work and for monitoring the system’s rules.

In this way, any activity or performance of Transgruma is presided over by an idea: “full customer satisfaction”, accepting that quality is a matter for everyone and not for a specific service or department.
