Innovative system for high-level cleaning work
It is a new ecological cleaning system designed to clean large horizontal surfaces very efficiently in reduced times, whether they are office building facades, shopping centres, industrial buildings, logistics centres, unique facades, silos, wind turbines, among others.
TGM CLEANER
Eco-friendly cleaning robot
It consists of a system made up of a 1.5 m long, 360º rotating semi-automatic cleaning brush, powered by high-pressure water (120-160 bar) which sprays the water proportionally onto the surface with reduced water consumption. The equipment is installed on mobile elevating work platforms, allowing us to clean roofs and facades up to 90 m in height, and in areas that could not be reached with the traditional vertical cleaning system.

Our washing equipment allows us to clean any type of building or construction, regardless of its size, quickly and efficiently. In a single working operation, it cleans not only the glass surface but also the frames.

Depending on the architectural features of each building, we can carry out between 400 and 600 m2/day.

Our cleaning system is the 100% eco-friendly model. It operates using only high-pressure water and requires no electrical cables to run. The products used are biodegradable.

They are ideal for cleaning in landmark buildings, industrial units, office buildings, football stadiums, shopping centres, iconic architectural buildings with metal, glass or composite finishes (Alucobond, microcement, Trespa, HPL).
High Level of Security
Occupational hazards are especially frequent during the cleaning of roofs and facades using suspended personnel access systems, where workers are exposed for long working shifts to changing and adverse weather conditions without the possibility of an immediate reaction. With the use of this washing equipment installed on the work platforms, we minimise any type of accident, as the platforms allow operators to have their feet supported on a flat and stable surface throughout the time they carry out their work. Furthermore, the personnel lifting platforms are specially designed for working at great heights with multiple safety systems, and we also have highly trained operators with specific instruction in working at height, first aid and manual handling of loads.

Reverse osmosis water
Optionally, we can add to the service a Reverse osmosis water treatment plant. Water treated with reverse osmosis removes salts and sulphates, which guarantees an excellent result on glass and dark facades.

WIND TURBINE ECO-CLEANING SYSTEM
At Transgruma we have developed an ecological cleaning service for polluting oil leaks caused by broken wind turbine hydraulic components.
It is a complementary service that expands our capabilities in major wind farm corrective maintenance.
This system enables in-tower cleaning of up to 80 metres of hub height.
